Hey Emma, Axelrod's theory 'Tit for Tat' is a great way to network, but as you said, people like to keep the auditions to themselves. I remember when i was in school, some people would say nothing about auditions as they didn't want other to know. fair enough if they don't want people to know but some people took it too far and would only tell the boys where they were going as the job was a girls position! Your very luck your friend returned the favor! Also looking up the term Networking was a good idea, to get a clearer idea of the definition. Its like Graham Mcfee said in the Second reader about a 'Bachelor', knowing and understanding it before we can lear more. The screen shots are a little blurred and hard to read, but it's a good idea! I really enjoyed reading your work!
Hi there!
I'm Emma and I have just graduated from the Urdang Academy. I can't believe how quickly my 3 years of training went but I am excited to move on in my studies and explore the professional world!
I would love to be in a musical (my dream role would be Dorothy from Wizard of Oz!) but also do actor-musician jobs as I can play piano and violin :D
Eventually I would like to teach as I think I have the patience and the passion for teaching others.
I hope to get alot out of this course and let''s give each other a lot of support!
